About the role: As Castrol establishes itself as a standalone company, we're looking for a Talent Advisor to help shape and deliver key talent, leadership, culture, and development initiatives across the business. You'll work closely with senior leaders, P&C Business Partners, and global talent colleagues to build the capabilities, leadership pipelines, and culture needed to drive business success. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, coordinating meaningful people-focused initiatives, and using insight to support better talent and development outcomes. This is a role within the Castrol organisation and the successful candidate will become part of the Castrol ring-fence. If you are part of the ring-fence, it is expected that your employment will move with Castrol to new ownership.
