At Gallagher Benefit Services, we have an exciting opportunity for a  Team Leader – DB Pensions Administrator  to join our Pensions Outsourcing Practice in Bristol. We’re looking for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in  Defined Benefits (DB) pensions administration. How you'll make an impact As a Team Leader, you’ll manage a team of DB and DC administrators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing day-to-day client relationships with trustees and corporate clients, including participation in trustee and client meetings. Providing expert advice on pensions queries and staying up to date with industry developments. Managing errors and complaints, implementing solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
