Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our Belfast client who are seeking ambitious and motivated Telesales Executives to join a successful and growing business. The Role As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with both new and existing business customers, identifying sales opportunities and converting leads into revenue. Key responsibilities include: Contacting prospective and existing business customers via telephone and email Identifying and developing new business opportunities Building strong relationships with key decision-makers Understanding customer requirements and presenting tailored solutions Managing and maintaining an active sales pipeline through the CRM system Following up on leads and nurturing opportunities through the sales cycle Working towards and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs Maintaining accurate customer records and activity reports Criteria Experience in B2B sales, telesales, outbound sales or business development Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Confidence engaging with business owners and decision-makers Experience using CRM systems A motivated, resilient and target-driven attitude Strong organisational and time-management skills A positive and professional approach to sales Benefits 27,000 basic salary OTE of 31,500 with uncapped commission Monthly performance incentives On-site parking Company pension scheme Paid annual leave Comprehensive training programme Ongoing coaching and support Employee recognition and rewards Clear opportunities for career progression and development Friendly, supportive and collaborative team environment If you're an experienced sales professional looking for your next challenge and want to be part of a business that invests in
