The Role The Workplace Program Manager is responsible for leading and scaling the programs that span Legora's Workplace organization — the initiatives that help employees move faster, have a better day-to-day experience, and keep our offices running within budget as we grow into new markets. This role operates across functions and geographies, owning programs end-to-end while building the structure, processes, and tools that let the Workplace team operate consistently and at scale without slowing down.
